Dear Value Customers, 

To allow us to meet your expectations, please follow these tips:

  • Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure please tell the salon manager.
  • Inform our technician if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
  • While receiving any service, please provide our staff with your feedback and/or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
  • Inform the technician or salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon.
  • Inform the salon manager immediately if you have any concerns about an infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition related to your nails.
  • At Beauty Nails & Spa, we strive to provide high-quality service and treat you with courtesy and respect.

For your best experience with us, please read our policy carefully before booking/starting your services.

Punctuality

Please inform us if you are going to be late for an appointment for any reason so that we can make an effort to ensure that you will have the services and technician as booked. Otherwise, we will cancel your appointment after 15 minutes, or you will have to wait for the next available technician. 

Guarantee/Refund

  1. We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services, but we are willing to fix any problem as below at no cost:
  • Touch up a chip for regular polishes within 24 hours of your original service.
  • Repairs for gel and dip powder/gel X for 10 days from the date of your original service. (5 days guaranteed for gel polish change service and gel X fill service).
  • During the service at our salon, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we provide, please feel free to talk with the manager immediately or contact us within 24 hours of your original service. We will fix the problem that happened. Ex: if you do not like the way the cuticle was taken care of, we will re-do the cuticle. If you do not like the way the color was painted, we will re-paint the (same) color. If you do not like the way the technician worked for you, we will change to another technician.

     2. We will charge you for the cost if:

  • You change your mind at the last minute about your services or you don’t like the colors that have been done. 
  • Any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.
  • To make sure we can arrange the time to repair it for you, please contact us before your visit to avoid waiting. 

 

Giftcard/ Gift certificates

  • Gift Card/Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Card/Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. 
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or Certificates or for any unauthorized certificate use. 
  • Gift Certificates expire two years from their original date of purchase and can not be refunded. 

 

Others

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
  • Payment Methods: CASH, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Beauty Nails & Spa Gift Cards/Gift Certificates.
  • PETS: The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Board of Consumer Affairs.
