The Dip Powder gives your nails a strong support, less damage than Acrylic, but harder than gel. Dip Powder can do on your real nails and protect your nails grow faster underneath the powder. Or it can do over a fake tip for a longer looking. We do both Dip Color and Dip Nature with gel over.

First at all, to allow us to meet your expectations, please follow these tips:
- Ask for the service which you would like to have. If you are unsure please speak to the salon manager.
- Inform our technician if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- Whilst receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
- Inform the technician or salon manager immediately if you have any concern relating to the salon.
- Inform the salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition with respect to your nails.
- At Beauty Nails & Spa, we strive our best to provide high quality service and we treat you with courtesy and respect.
Besides, for your best experience with us, please read our policy carefully before booking/ starting your services:
Punctuality
Please inform us if you are going to be late to an appointment by any reason, so that we will make an effort to make sure you will have the services and technician as booked. Otherwise we will cancel your appointment after 15minutes late or you have to wait for the next available technician.
Guarantee/Refund
We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services, but we willing to fix any problem as below at no cost:
- Touch up a chip for regular polishes within 24 hours of your original service.
- Repairs for gel and dip powder/ gel X for ten (10) days from the date of your original service. (5 days guaranteed for gel polish change service and fill Gel X service).
- During the service at our salon, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we provide, please feel free to talk with the manager immediately or contact us within 24 hours of your original service. We will fix the problem that happened. Ex: if you do not like the way the cuticle was taken care of, we will re-do the cuticle. If you do not like the way the color was painted, we will re-paint the (same) color. If you do not like the way the technician worked for you, we will change to another technician.
We will charge you for the cost if:
- You change your mind at the last minute of your services or you don’t like the colors that have been done.
- Any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.
To make sure we can arrange the time to repair for you, please contact us before your trip to visit us to avoid waiting.
Gift card / Gift certificates
- Gift Card / Gift certificates cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Gift Card / Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card/ Gift certificates, or any unauthorized certificate use.
- Gift certificates expire two years from their original date of purchase and can not be refunded.
Others
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
- Payment Methods, CASH, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Beauty Nails &Spa Gift Card / Gift Certificates.
- PETS: The State Board of Cosmetology and The Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Board of Consumer Affairs.
